Enrique Manzanilla is a seasoned real estate developer and investment professional with over 20 years of experience managing complex residential and hospitality projects throughout the U.S. and Latin America. Since 2004, he has represented institutional capital and high-net-worth investors, overseeing the full investment cycle from acquisition and entitlement to construction, financing, and disposition.

Earlier in his career, he served as Portfolio Manager at Prudential Real Estate Investors Latin America (PREI Latam), where he oversaw 90 projects and 270,000 housing units within the firm’s residential investment platform. He co-led the $450 million equity raise for Fund IV and managed Class-A office acquisitions in Mexico, Chile, and Argentina, establishing a strong foundation in institutional real estate and cross-border investment strategy.

As founder of Chapter Real Estate and co-founder of Grupo Punto, Mr. Manzanilla has led development initiatives exceeding USD $100 million in asset value. His portfolio includes major residential projects in Mexico City, the State of Mexico, and Puebla totaling 560,000 square feet and approximately $50 million in projected value before expanding his operations to the U.S. market.

Arturo Huitrón de Velasco is a seasoned independent financial advisor with over 15 years of experience in public and private markets.

 

He is the founder of a prestigious boutique financial management firm specializing in providing strategic advice to high-net-worth clients on private and real estate investments in both Mexico and the United States. He oversees  the company's commercial and financial strategy.

Mr. Huitrón is responsible for the management and development of real estate and private projects in the United States valued at $58 million USD.

Currently leads the commercial and financial aspects of Verse Construction, overseeing construction projects of more than 150 units in the City of Houston, in collaboration with HUIESP LLC.

Alejandro Ayala is a results-oriented senior professional with a strong track record of driving business growth through strategic initiatives, operational excellence and stakeholder alignment.

 

With over 30+ years of experience in Global Companies like GE Capital, Holcim, 3M Company and American Express across the Manufacturing, Construction and Financial Services Industries, he combines deep expertise in business development, operations, logistics, process improvement and planning with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business impact.

Currently oversees daily operations, accounting and budget, optimizing operational efficiency and cash-flow.  Other key duties involve setting strategic goals, resource allocation and compliance.
